Cycle paths are also clearly marked and graded according to difficulty. There are cycle hire & repair shops in Les Menuires and Val Thorens. Mountain cycles (fat tires, no pedals) are available for hire from the bottom of some lifts and you can pay for one descent or a multiple ticket.

In the summer a selection of lifts are open giving access to the three valleys from your doorstep. There are many beautiful walks and cycle paths down to Meribel. For the really adventurous there is a cycle route using a combination of lifts which takes you across the three valleys covering 200 kilometres.
